Secretary

My name is Bettina Stagner, and I’m the Secretary at Picture Rocks Elementary School. I started my journey in 2001 as a Special Ed Aide at Estes Elementary school and transferred to Picture Rocks Elementary in 2002 to become the Health Assistant. After 23 years working as the Health Assistant, I accepted my new position in April of 2025 to become the Secretary.

Working all these years with students, staff, parents, and our community, I can’t imagine being anywhere else.

In my free time, I like to go camping, kayaking, and being outside as much as I can.

Part of my role as a Secretary is to provide assistance to Mrs. Scafede, Principal and Mr. Hudecek, Assistant Principal.

I work very closely with our Attendance Clerk Sherry Crookand our Health Assistant Heather Elledge. I take care of our staff needs, which includes scheduling meetings, requesting substitutes, payroll, arranging field trips, and ordering supplies. I also assist parents and community members.

I love working with the students, staff, parents, and families.
