MUSD Student and Family Services hosted a successful Winter Warm Up event, providing jackets, winter clothing and blankets to more than 230 people.
Reduce taxes, benefit MUSD students! The state of Arizona allows taxpayers to receive a dollar-to-dollar tax credit (up to $400) on state taxes for donations that benefit students in public schools!
Open Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year opens November 1! Open enrollment is for students who wish to attend a MUSD school where they do not live within the school’s attendance boundaries.

Home of the Hawks, PRE offers full-day FREE kindergarten, before and after school care, gifted and special education, full-time Master level school counselor, health services, music, arts, physical education, and more.
The Arizona Department of Education has released A-F School Letter Grades scores based on data from the 2023-24 school year and Picture Rocks Elementary School received an A Letter Grade.

Picture Rocks offers a wide variety of academic learning for students, including Gifted Education in Marana (GEM) services, co-taught classes for math and ELA to support students with special needs, exceptional student services programming, english learner programming, and Title I support.
Picture Rocks Elementary is pleased to announce the achievement of Level 1 certification in Marzano High-Reliability Schools™. Level 1 certification means our school has created a “Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture,” which is the foundation for every level that follows.
